with street lights which can be done through the
report a street light defect form.
The Consumer Protection Service can only take action when the informal
approach has failed or is not possible. The following are examples of light
nuisance:

Lights from a neighbour’s garden

Lighting directly shining into a bedroom

Domestic or commercial security lights

Advertising and display lighting

Floodlights for sporting events

Building illumination
-
Laser shows (covered by Code of Practice)
